The PowerFlex 4 series AC drive 22A-D6P0N104 has a voltage rating of 480V alternating current with three phases. The mains frequency is rated at 50/60Hz. The rated power supply is 2.2 Kw, The output voltage is 460V AC and a frequency of 240Hz. It requires an input of 100-120V of alternating current, single phase, with 6A and 1.1Kw (1.5 horsepower) of power.

It is panel mounted with an open enclosure rated IP20, NEMA/UL Type Open. The drive has a fixed keypad interface module and the emission class is “Not Filtered.” The unit has a brake IGBT option.

The PowerFlex 4 drive is programmed to automatically provide an auto boost (IR compensation) and slip compensation. It also has excellent speed regulation and high levels of torque over the full range of speed and better response to an increase in load while regulating the speed.

The integral keypad is usable from the first power up and ten of the most common application parameters are included in a basic program group for the user’s convenience when programming. The four digit display with 10 additional LED indicators offers an easy-to-follow status and communication. The connection is through an RS-485 port to a PC or in a network setting.

The drive has a removable MOV to the ground that facilitates trouble-free operation in case of an ungrounded distribution system.

The unit offers sensorless vector control for high torque over the speed range and adaptability to the characteristics of each motor.
The variable PWM enables higher current output at low frequencies. The integral PID ability provides valuable flexibility to the drive’s application.

The in-built functions such as timer, counter, basic logic, and StepLogic eliminate the need for additional hardware and reduce complications in controls.

Power flex 4 Allen-Bradley 22A – D6PON104 is an alternating current inverter drive with an integral digital keypad as the mode of data input and a light-emitting diode (LED) display.

In order to minimize the transfer of electromagnetic noise to and from between the drive system and the mains power supply, the drive contains an internal EMC filtering. It has no complaint filtering.

The inverter drive has 2 analog inputs and a single analog output, the digital inputs and outputs are considered to be 4 and 2, respectively.
