This terminal base was designed to be used with POINT I/O modules and devices. The Allen Bradley 1734-TB terminal base utilizes screw-clamp terminations.

To install the removable terminal block (RTB), the first step is to insert the end opposite of the handle into the 1734-TB. Next, one must rotate the terminal block into the wiring base. Do this until the unit locks into place. Then, snap the handle of the RTB into place on the module if an input / output module is installed. Finally, insert the module down into the wiring base then press to secure it. Once that is completed, the module will lock into place.
