The Allen-Bradley 25B-D6P0N104 PowerFlex alternating current drive that can be used in conjunction with a motor for speed control applications. The user can use the alternating current drive to modulate the frequency of the input signal transmitted to the motor. This modulation causes changes in the electromagnetic field surrounding the rotating components of the motor. It allows the user to control the number of revolutions traversed by the motor per minute.
