The controller provides 250V AC isolation voltage between outputs to Aux, and between network inputs to output, tested at 3250V DC for the 60s, using the reinforced insulation type. It has a C300, and R150 pilot duty rating, with a 7mm (0.28in) insulation strip length, and it is enclosed in an IP20-rated enclosure.

It has 10 relay outputs with 125V DC maximum output voltage and a maximum load current of 2A. Its relay outputs also have a 5A maximum current per common with a maximum Turn ON/OFF time of 10ms, and it has a maximum MAKE/BREAK amperage of 0.22A, and a MAKE/breaks real power rating of 28VA.

It can withstand an operational shock of 25G, with a 2G vibration at 10-500Hz, and it is designated with the T4 (North America) temperature code.

It supports up to 10K program steps or instructions and is capable of handling up to 20K bytes of data. This controller may be programmed using the IEC 61131-3 defined standard languages such as Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structure Text (ST). This controller supports the creation of user-defined blocks and is also capable of using motion instruction for motion and position control. 32-bit and 64-bit floating point match operations are supported by this controller and are able to implement Proportional + Integral + Derivative (PID) control. This controller supports direct panel or DIN rail mounting.

The 2080-LC50-24QWB Micro850 24 Point Controller by Allen-Bradley is an expandable brick-modeled controller with an embedded 24 Volt DC power supply and USB 2.0 non-isolated port and one (1) RJ-45 that supports Ethernet /IP Class 3, and Modbus TCP/IP at transmission rates of 10/100 Mbps.

The 2080-LC50-24QWB is a compact PLC that comes with a complete set of components such as a Power Supply, Processor, I/O and communication interfaces. The built-in power supply to this PLC is a 24 Volt DC power supply. The embedded I/O interfaces include fourteen (14) inputs, ten (10) relay outputs, and four (4) 100 kHz high-speed counter inputs. This controller supports an expansion of up to 3 modules.
