Warranty

Items that come with our 1-year warranty include but are not limited to PLCs, HMIs, and Drives. All warranties are issued by AB-Automation Stop, not the manufacturer, and will only be honored by AB-Automation Stop.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same. AB-Automation Stop-provided products are warranted for 12 months.

Our product warranty only covers the product in normal use. Our warranty will be void if, upon receiving and inspecting the product, it is determined by AB-Automation Stop that the defect/issue with the product resulted from improper installation or incorrect use of the product.

Refunds

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on items ordered mistakenly or part numbers ordered incorrectly. If a special exception is approved, a restocking fee will be assessed. If you have any questions please get in touch with us at sales@automationwithus.com.

Exchanges

AB-Automation Stop reserves the right to refrain from offering an exchange where considerations such as shipping and customs costs may render the exchange less cost-effective.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter this situation, email us at sales@automationwithus.com and send your items to our designated address.

Quote Validity

All quotes are valid for 7 days. If you have a quote that is past 7 days old, please contact us to find out if the pricing and availability have changed before placing an order.

Price and Payment

The amount of the fee shall be paid at the time of order. Our accepted Paypal and Credit Card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You must verify with the bank that the card issuer has enabled online shopping, and made sure to enter all details correctly and have the password of the safety circuits Verified by Visa and SecureCode by Mastercard, depending on the case. Using a credit card to shop online is a practical and safe method. The site is committed to maintaining the security of information relating to both credit card and personal details. All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), adopted worldwide as the safest. All data are then stored on secure servers and away from possible Internet connections. Its your responsibility to verify that your browser is compatible with SSL technology to complete your order.

Shipping

We ship our orders via DHL. However, we are flexible and willing to ship FedEx, UPS, or DHL upon request. We offer the option to ship collect on your own account, or to prepay and add shipping costs.
